Wisdom for practice

Wisdom is for practice, not for continuous speaking. If we keep on speaking about the Masters, the Rays, and the Hierarchies, we are only missing our duties for the present.

Wisdom is applied knowledge

Knowledge, when applied becomes wisdom. We gain a lot of knowledge, but it has to be applied in daily life, then it transforms itself into wisdom. Through wisdom we will experience the existence.

Wisdom spreads itself

We need not be anxious to spread the wisdom without working it with ourselves. It is a wrong understanding if one thinks that he can spread wisdom. Wisdom knows how to spread itself. It only needs channels.

Transparency

Striving for Transparency

Transparency With the rise of the Aquarian age we enter more and more into the experience of the etheric. Thus we can also recognise the thoughts of other persons more and more clearly. So thoughts will be no more a private property which we could keep for ourselves and hide; everything will become open and transparent. In future all clandestine dealings will be brought out increasingly fast to light. Especially in spiritual life secretive thoughts and actions are not allowed. This is an activity of Uranus which also expresses in politics and economy as you can see with the many scandal disclosures.

In advanced stages of the spiritual path the disciple is being observed increasingly as per his thoughts he entertains during the day. Master Kuthoomi says, “a thought which cannot be expressed is not worth being entertained.” Therefore we should not entertain thoughts in us which we cannot express and we should strive to become more and more transparent in every aspect of our lives. Information and knowledge - pertaining to the divine or to the world - we should share and communicate transparently. Everything we receive we should also be able to pass it on again. Then we become transparent. When we are pure and transparent, we are full of light and the light in us radiates by itself.

Many thoughts we do not express due to social decency, and thus we hold them back. When we hold back things in us and have secretive thoughts which we cannot put in words, this means that we are not translucent and thus cannot shine. We lose purity and transparency in thought and action. We close ourselves off and don’t let other people really get close to us. Such an attitude makes us narrow and secretive, it creates unease and contains a seed for disease. Lack of transparency and an air of secrecy don’t allow us to reach even the outermost door of wisdom. We know ourselves whether we are transparent or not because we are our best judges, because the soul observes in us. It observes our transparency.

The second step of yoga, Niyama, says that our inner and outer are equal: What is in the inner chamber of our minds and what we express in the outer should nearly always be the same. “Nearly always the same” means, in the beginning we might keep something in the inner what we don’t express outside. Total transparency exists only after the third initiation. However, we should strive for transparency. As students we have the right to make mistakes and to stumble; but each time we stumble we have to take a decision to be as transparent as possible.

People who have much power and money, who are subject to jealousy, envy, hatred and rejection are intransparent and distort the perception of light. They try to gain an advantage from the distortions and to manipulate and therefore cannot realise the truth. In the world untruth often presents itself as truth and truth hides itself in a corner. The truth is in us as ourselves. The question is how we allow it to radiate. The mind, the senses and the body are the veils which hinder radiance. Even on the Buddhic plane there are distortions of the Light. Thus the ancient wisdom concepts have been distorted by some religions and presented as their property. This is a manipulation on the buddhic plane.

Alchemy of Spirituality

The centre is the Deity or God unspeakable, unthinkable, which we are as spirit. The first encirclement around the centre is the Light, the soul itself, whose illumination is called Buddhi, Buddhic body or the body of Light. Nothing needs to be done to purify the Light. Next comes the personality which is under the control of the higher or the lower mind, depending upon our evolution. Our minds need to be purified from the impurities of thoughts up to such purity that the thought becomes transparent. Thoughts become transparent when they are not inflicted by personal motives or desires. The next transparency is related to the body. When the light of the soul shines through the body, then the person is said to be radiant and magnetic. He affects his environment and is not affected by it.

The natural qualities of the soul – Light, Love and Will – need as a vehicle a body with a fine texture. Master CVV promises to repair and to transform our bodies so that the envelopes are made transparent and can receive more light. From the heart centre he stimulates the Uranus energy; it conducts the necessary transformations, reduces the density of the tissues and thus the body can receive more light. The finer the texture the more the spirit shines through matter.

The alchemy of spirituality makes our personalities translucent like a clear, transparent crystal. The crystal can transmit the light which is behind. It is therefore a symbol of the soul; the light behind the crystal stands for the universal soul, and the light shining through the crystal stands for the healing energy flowing through us to the beings. We ensure this flow by purifying the prism of personality and by relating to the universal soul. The matter of the crystal has to be transparent; otherwise, even if the light is there, it cannot radiate. And even if the Divine Light is eternally present, our alignment unveils or veils it.

There are simple rules how we can make the personality transparent – rules how we should speak and act, breathe and think and which rhythm we should attain in daily life. For brighter bodies we should also take to lighter food. Thus, our emotions and thoughts become purer and brighter. Sacred sounds, prayers and meditation also have great power to purify and to uplift. In the Aquarian age the entire awareness shifts towards more and more consciousness and more subtle matter.

The Eyes

The eyes are the subtlest part of our bodies. With the eyes of evolved beings we find that they are very transparent. In the words of the Masters Madam Blavatsky was the purest vehicle available at her time to transmit wisdom. The purity of her vehicles can be seen through her transparent and brilliant eyes which had great power. She even could control objects and persons with her look. The eyes of masters are of finest radiant matter and therefore it is recommended to look into their eyes on pictures. Their bodies are as pure and transparent as glass so that they are very well connected with the spiritual world, and are transparent channels to stand as intermediaries between the divine and humans to pass on the light towards the dense worlds. They have decided to remain here and help us to reach the world of Light.

World of Light

The inhabitants of the world of Light are called Devas. It is the subtle world which precedes the gross material world we live in. In this etheric world the Light is abundant and matter is transparent. Gradually, as we become more translucent the doors are opened for us into the Deva kingdom. The Devas of light and of the five elements help us incessantly; when we daily link up ourselves with the light through prayer we get more proximate to their presence. The more the light pours into us the more light and consciousness we can bring into every activity with which we come into contact – into our family lives, our professional lives, into the life of society. The ultimate presence is the presence of the World Mother as Light. The Mother stands for transparency on all planes. She is so transparent that she transmits the energy that she receives as all this creation. The Mother being so transparent the One can express as all This.
