Service
Meditation, study and service are the three sides of the triangle with which life works.
Therefore, the WTT recommends to meditate regularly, to study the knowledge of the Wisdom Teachings and to render service to humanity.
Dr. K. Parvathi Kumar says:
“Service becomes the bridge to link up to the higher awareness. Hence, the WTT strongly emphasises upon service activities concurrent with spiritual practice.”

Meditation is the basis for all inner growth. The silent growth of the Soul happens in moments of silence. There are many kinds of meditation.

The book “Healing and Health” by Master EK is like a textbook to the doctors in systems like modern medicine, ayurveda, homoeopathy, naturopathy or any other branch. The authors of ancient scriptures have divided death into two types. One is the death of the vehicle and the other is the death of the person. This is one aspect of understanding death. The one is called death; the other is called dropping of the body. When there is loss of consciousness, it is called death. When there is no loss of consciousness or suffering, it is called dropping of the body and no death at all.
The book “The Science of Death” by Master E. K. contains the most important lectures of the Master on Death. The reader can understand the nature and purpose of death. He can also overcome the fear of death and train himself to live a purposeful and meaningful life in this birth.
