Friendliness should be the basis for all interactions by the group members. Learn to communicate without being critical.

The group way

A group of disciples is not pledged to the same type of work in the same way and at the same time; it is related to each other through identity of vision and of vibration, plus mutual respect and complete freedom.

Blessed is the human that can be aware of the willing and spontaneous cooperation of the Devas while at work.

Family Life

The World Teacher Trust focuses on the importance of family life as a training ground for spiritual unfoldment and vocation as a training ground for the spread of spiritual quality into another field of life. In the groups there is emphasis for right marital relationship and for building positive family units which are a natural first group to experience harmony. People should abide by the family system. In the West the family system was lost in recent years due to the effect of over-industrialisation.

It is significant that many Masters of Wisdom married and showed family-life as an example.

The entire creation is based on the interaction between male and female energies. It is therefore necessary for male and female to live together as man and wife. Together, they are a composite whole.

Living Together

Living together is important. Master CVV used to say “'Wo-man' includes 'man'. 'She' includes 'he'. 'Madam' includes 'Adam'.“ He warned that a man who insults a woman and hurts her badly will have to wait for many lives to get into the practice of yoga. If a woman sheds tears because of the folly of a man, he will encounter much obstruction in life. In spiritual life the role of mother and housewife is highly estimated.

The spiritual practice will be full of hurdles without the female energies for a man and without the male energies for a woman.

The spirit is no man or female, but the senses cognise male and female. Therefore, in order to experience the spirit, a happy blend of energies is essential.

Purposeful Living

Suppression of emotions and feelings in the name of discipline is not recommended. Avoiding sex is unwelcome. Regulated sex is the right approach for spiritual living. Regular exchange of energies between man and wife brings fulfillment of experience.

However, there is a difference between sexual indulgence and sexual companionship. Indulgence denotes an animal understanding while companionship means purposeful living. The negative and positive energies should be blended together for a harmonious experience of the Soul.

If we are obedient to the laws of nature, yoga becomes possible.
